My daughter spilt a full cup of coffee on my MacBook Pro last Sunday 22nd Nov. ( I LOVE THAT COMPUTER). Tried to mop up as best i could. Took battery out immed. unscrewed everything…aired it out….sent to Mac doctor but he tells me that logic board 70% damaged, What does this even meannnnnn? I am so depressed and sad.
I’m sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, it sounds like the logic board will need to be replaced. It’s a pretty expensive job — the part alone can be $400–$800.
